Originally contracted to support an emergency CMS migration, Digital Tactics were subsequently retained by The Hurlingham Club for over over 9 years to deliver a program of niche digital transformation exercises under their flagship “Delivering Tradition Through Technology” program. During this time significant collaborative projects were undertaken with all departments of the club to migrate activities away from paper and slow and clumsy in-person processes towards digitised service provisions supporting over 13,000 high-stakes members.
From marketing and website content sign off processes and media management, through to online ticketing, printing and on-the-door-event management systems; and from PoS terminals to online and in person sales; from voting and management through to highland dancing; we covered it all.
